Photoluminescence spectra of perovskite oxide semiconductors

► We study PL properties in d0-type wide-gap perovskite semiconductors. ► Room temperature broad blue PL is enhanced by Ar+ ion irradiation. ► Low-temperature band-edge PL is only observed in Ar+-irradiated SrTiO3.
