Laser dressed donor impurities in free-standing GaAs films under an electric field

► Dielectric mismatch increases the binding energy in a freestanding quantum well. ► The subband and binding energies become stronger sensitive to the laser intensity. ► Depending on the donor position the electric field induces a red/blue energy shift.
