A survey of phosphors novel for thermography

► Seven phosphor materials novel for thermometry were synthesised. ► These materials were characterised diffractometrically as well as concerning their emission spectra and lifetime temperature characteristics. ► The number of phosphor materials characterised for thermometry purposes was extended by seven materials.
