Nonlinear optical properties of a three-electron quantum dot with account of the Rashba spin-orbit interaction

► We consider a three-electron quantum dot in 2D in the presence of the Rashba spin-orbit interaction. ► We present the exact wave functions and energy levels of the system. ► We apply this model for GaAs/AlGaAs materials. ► The detailed nonlinear optical properties have been investigated.
