Nanohybrids investigation by waveguide SNOM illumination mode

► Waveguide SNOM (WSNOM) is proposed and proven successful for nanostructure imaging. ► Nanohybrids optical scattering and fluorescence signals are imaged by WSNOM. ► WSNOM permits achieving high resolution microscopy and spectroscopy.
