Solution and solid-state investigations of charge transfer complexes caused by the interaction of bathophenanthroline with different organic acceptors in a (methanol + dichloromethane) binary solvent system

The binary solvent made of MeOH/CH2Cl2 at the molar ratio of 1:1 was able to facilitate a media to produce CT products with significantly organized and homogeneously dispersed, uniform microstructures as evidenced by TEM micrographs.377
