Viscosity and structure of liquid Cu-In alloys

► An experimental study of the viscosity and main structure parameters of liquid Cu-In alloys. ► A maximum in the viscosity-isotherms in a composition range where intermetallic compounds are formed in the solid state. ► The pre-peak on the left side and the shoulder on the right side of the main peak in the structure factors were found. ► Obtained data indicate the existence of short-range order in liquid Cu-In alloys near the melting point.
