The structure of Ga1 − xInx melts in the vicinity of the eutectic point

► Structure of Ga-In molten alloys have been studied by means of X-ray diffraction method. ► Studies were carried out at three temperatures in vicinity of eutectic point. ► The concentration dependences of main structure parameters have been analyzed. ► It is shown that molten Ga-In alloy of eutectic concentration can be considered as a solution of clusters with maximum size.
