Cobalt(II)-halide association equilibria in ammonium nitrate-dimethyl sulfoxide melts. II. Cobalt(II) bromide

► Cobalt(II) complex formation with bromide ions and DMSO was investigated. ► Bromide complexes are less stable than corresponding chloride complexes in the same melt. ► The stability constants decrease with the increasing of DMSO content. ► Formation of all complexes is endotermic process.
