Dielectric relaxation study of hydrogen bonded structures in ethanolamine with diethanolamine using TDR technique

► The complex permittivity spectra were determines over the frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz. ► Dielectric parameters, Excess parameters, Kirkwood factor and Bruggeman model have been determined. ► Excess values indicates that the alignment of the dipoles of the system. ► The Kirkwood parameters for getting information regarding the orientation of electric dipoles in system. ► The present work reveals molecular interaction between same multi-functional groups.
