Electrical conductances of sodium nitrate and ammonium nitrate in 2-methoxyethanol + water mixtures at 298.15, 308.15, 313.15, 318.15 and 323.15 K

► Conductivities of NaNO3 and NH4NO3 in 2-methoxyethanol-water media are reported. ► Poor association was observed in the medium containing 25 mole% of 2-methoxyethanol. ► Moderate association was noticed in the other media rich in 2-methoxyethanol. ► The salt ions interact strongly with the mixed solvent media. ► Sodium ion remains more solvated than the ammonium ion in the mixed solvent media.
