Water structure enhancement in water-rich binary solvent mixtures. Part II. The excess partial molar heat capacity of the water

► The excess partial molar isobaric heat capacity of water in water-rich mixtures with co-solvents is calculated. ► Possible enhancement of the relative extent of fully hydrogen bonded domains of the water is deduced from it. ► A condition for enhancement is that this excess is larger than a part of the heat capacity of ideal gas water.
