High-resolution FTIR spectroscopic analysis of the Coriolis interaction in the ν7 + ν8 band of ethylene-cis-d2 (cis-C2H2D2)

► The ν7 + ν8 band of cis-C2H2D2 was recorded in the 1525-1675 cm−1 region. ► Rovibrational constants for ν7 + ν8 = 1 state and band centre were improved. ► 536 infrared lines were fitted by Watson A-reduced Hamiltonian (Ir representation). ► First-order c-type Coriolis constant between ν7 + ν8 and ν2 was obtained.
