Rovibrational spectra of the Ar-D2O and Kr-D2O van der Waals complexes in the v2 bend region of D2O

► The rovibrational spectra of the Ar-D2O and Kr-D2O complexes are observed in the D2O v2 region. ► Molecular constants for excited vibrational states are determined accurately. ► The band-origins of Rg-D2O (Rg = Ne, Ar, and Kr) are shifted regularly with respect to the correlated monomer transition.
