High sensitivity ICLAS of H218O between 13 540 and 14 100 cm−1

► High sensitivity ICLAS of 18O enriched water in the 13 540-14 100 cm−1 region. ► Determination of 855 accurate energy levels of 23 vibrational states of H218O. ► 342 and 84 new levels of H218O and H217O, respectively. ► The (0 0 4)-(0 0 0) band of HD18O at 13814.520 cm−1 is reported. ► Evidence of an overestimation of HITRAN intensities in the 12 400-14 520 cm−1 region.
