A solid-state NMR study of C70: A model molecule for amorphous carbons

► Natural-abundance 13C NMR-INADEQUATE spectra have been recorded on crystallized C70. ► Strong J-coupling effects are removed at high magnetic fields. ► C70 can be used as a model molecule for nanoporous carbon materials. ► 13C chemical shifts can be interpreted in terms of local curvature.
