Thermal phase transformations in LaGaO3 and LaAlO3 perovskites: An experimental and computational solid-state NMR study

► Multinuclear 71Ga/69Ga/27Al/17O NMR of various polymorphs of LaGaO3 and LaAlO3. ► Pbnm to R3̄c first order phase transition in LaGaO3 observed by 71Ga/69Ga NMR at 416 K. ► First principles calculated NMR parameters in good agreement with experiment.
