Improving the 1H indirect dimension resolution of 2D CRAMPS NMR spectra: A simulation and experimental investigation

► Simulation and experimental investigation of 1H resolution in 2D CRAMPS spectra. ► Effect of z-rotation and delays interleaved with the decoupling shape on 1H spectra during the indirect dimension. ► The best experimental 1H spectra along F1 dimension was obtained combining a z-rotation symmetry with delays. ► The best simulated 1H resolution achieved using the z-rotation without delays. ► Glycine and tyrosine·HCl amino acids used to test 2D 1H CRAMPS decoupling modifications during the indirect dimension.
