Conclusion: miR-137 attenuated Aβ-induced neurotoxicity through inactivation of NF-κB pathway by targeting TNFAIP1 in N2a cells, shedding light on the molecular mechanism of miR-137 underlying Aβ-induced neurotoxicity.
