RHS6-mediated chromosomal looping and nuclear substructure binding is required for Th2 cytokine gene expression

RHS6 recruits GATA3, IRF4, and SATB1, and forms chromosomal loops with the promoters of the Il4, Il5, and Il13 genes in the Th2 cytokine locus. The loops then bind to a nuclear substructure via SATB1, at which active transcription occurs.165
