Novel amphiphilic chitosan nanocarriers for sustained oral delivery of hydrophobic drugs

The current study has been focused on fabrication of amphiphilic chitosan nanoparticles (ACNs) in which CS hydrophically modified by PL and stabilized by TPP under low pH.
