چکیده انگلیسی
The objective of this study was to describe the nutritional quality of meals offered by A primary school and a secondary school. Data on food were copied from daily consumption paper. The average daily ration, the share of each food group, the potential nutritional means and the share of major nutrients in total energy intake were determined. In the two institutions, the menu consists of a main dish, animal product and dessert. The group of starch products is the largest in the average daily diet followed by the protidic animals products. Total energy intake meets the recommendations. If the distribution of nutrients in energy intake of the school proposed ration is balanced, in the secondary school, the share of fat is higher at the expense of carbohydrates. It is possible to improve the offers by proposing more milk products, fruit and vegetables.
