Photo-activated elimination of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans in planktonic culture: Comparison of photodynamic therapy versus photothermal therapy method

Based on the results of this study, photodynamic and photothermal therapy can be proposed as a new promising approaches for bacterial elimination in periodontal diseases.
