Hepatic intra-arterial injection of irinotecan drug eluting beads (DEBIRI) for patients with unresectable colorectal liver metastases: AÂ systematic review

Transarterial DEBIRI is safe and effective in the treatment of unresectable CRLM to the liver. Further studies are warranted to better define its role in the treatment algorithm of this patient subset.
