Biodegradation of explosives mixture in soil under different water-content conditions

► Soil redox potential was found as an effective indicator for biodegradation of explosives in soil. ► Moderate water content was sufficient to facilitate anaerobic degradation. ► TNT had an inhibitory effect on the degradation of RDX and HMX when they are in mixture in the soil.
