Pioglitazone abrogates cyclosporine-evoked hypertension via rectifying abnormalities in vascular endothelial function

Biochemical and oxidative vascular changes that contribute to the hypertensive action of cyclosporine. These effects are abrogated by concurrent administration of pioglitazone.
