Effects of triptolide on the synaptophysin expression of hippocampal neurons in the AD cellular model

► AD cellular model was set up by action of microglial conditioned medium on neurons. ► MCM/HN triptolide group had higher synaptophysin levels than MCM/HN model group. ► Triptolide can promote the synaptophysin expression in the AD cellular model.
