Effect of low dose bisphenol A on the early differentiation of human embryonic stem cells into mammary epithelial cells

► An in vitro differentiation model of hESCs into mammary epithelial cells was established. ► The molecular marker for pluripotency and mammary epithelial cells were detected in the cells. ► Low dose BPA can disturb some molecular markers of the early differentiated mammary epithelial cells.
