Assessment of genotoxic effects of (4-methoxyphenyl)(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)methanone in human lymphocytes

► In this study we evaluated the genotoxic potential of a phenstatin compound, a tubulin inhibitor. ► The compound was able to produces DNA-damage and clastogenic effects in human lymphocytes. ► These data indicate the mutagenic potential of phenstatin compounds.
