miR-326 associates with biochemical markers of bone turnover in lung cancer bone metastasis

► Serum levels of miR-326 associate with tumor burden of bone metastases. ► miR-326 levels correlates with PINP, the most sensitive biochemical marker. ► This association is not maintained after zoledronic acid treatment. ► Different miRNA might be useful to monitor disease progression and treatment response.
