چکیده انگلیسی
► Zinc-deficiency decreased osteoblasts and osteoclasts in the proximal tibia of rat. ► These decreases were associated with reduced osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis. ► The reduced osteoblastogenesis was associated with the decreased expression of Runx2. ► The reduced osteoclastogenesis was associated with the decreased expression of RANK. ► Zinc-deficiency decreased SP-1 and MITF protein in bone.
