⺠We investigated the impact of artemether-lumefantrine and artesunate-amodiaquine. ⺠We examined the prevalence of 86N and 1246D of Pfmdr1 and 76T of PfCRT. ⺠The prevalence of 86N of Pfmdr1 increased between 2004 and 2009. ⺠The prevalence of 1246D of Pfmdr1 and 76T of Pfcrt did not change. ⺠New antimalaria control measures give substantial benefice.
