The viscometric behaviour of sodium hyaluronate in aqueous and KCl solutions

- Hyaluronate conformational transformations were studied by viscometry.
- There was demonstrated ability to expand/collapse macromolecular chains with pH.
- There was confirmed double helix → expanded coil conformation transition at 30 °C.
