Simulation of dynamics of adsorption of mixed protein-surfactant on a bubble surface

► Interfacial adsorption dynamics of mixed protein-surfactant systems are considered. ► Ward-Tordai equation (for surfactant dynamics) and Frumkin isotherm are used. ► Surfactant adsorbs more quickly but can be displaced by high surface affinity protein. ► Protein-surfactant concentration, surface affinity and molecular size are varied. ► A phase diagram for displacement vs non-displacement of surfactant is presented.
