A laser light scattering study of complex formation between soybean peroxidase and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-sodium styrene sulfonate)

► The complexation of SBP with P(iPA-co-SSS) was studied by laser light scattering. ► Compacted complexes with more SBP are formed with increasing temperature. ► Complexes are gradually dissociated by increasing pH or ionic strength. ► The hydrophobic interaction plays a central role for the further complexation.
