Preparation of self-assembled core-shell nano structure of conjugated generation 4.5 poly (amidoamine) dendrimer and monoclonal Anti-IL-6 antibody as bioimaging probe

In this study, polyamidoamine (PAMAM) G4.5 dendrimer was covalently conjugated with interleukin-6 (IL-6), the conjugate macromolecular were self-assembled into regular nanoparticles and exhibited fluorescence, which can be used as bio-imaging probe.
