Simple surface treatment using amphiphilic phospholipid polymers to obtain wetting and lubricity on polydimethylsiloxane-based substrates

► We synthesized the phospholipid polymer with ternary amino group. ► The PDMS was treated using an aqueous-ethanolic polymer solution by dipping method. ► The polymer attached on the PDMS with hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions. ► The treated surface exhibited good water wettability and lubrication property.
