Temporal resolution deficits in patients with refractory complex partial seizures and mesial temporal sclerosis (MTS)

► Temporal resolution ability in mesial temporal sclerosis using gaps in noise test was studied. ► Patients demonstrated bilateral temporal resolution deficits. ► Patients had poor scores in either ear. This is the first study of its kind.
