Behavioral intervention as an add-on therapy in epilepsy: Designing a clinical trial

► Stress is a commonly reported seizure trigger in epilepsy patients. ► An effective behavioral intervention would be a valuable adjunct to treatment. ► The design of a PMR trial as an add-on therapy for refractory epilepsy is presented. ► The challenges of designing and implementing such an intervention are discussed.
