Clinical features of paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia: Report of 24 cases

► Twenty‐four patients were investigated. ► Some of the attacks could be precipitated by ongoing exercises. ► Two cases had abnormal EEGs, and another 2 cases had abnormal CT scans. ► Treatments based on a previous misdiagnosis sometimes did lead to improvement.
