Benign rolandic epileptiform discharges are associated with mood and behavior problems

► This study investigates the association between EEG and behavioral measures. ► Children with benign rolandic centrotemporal discharges were included. ► EEG spike frequency and psychosocial and executive functioning questionnaires were correlated. ► Increased epileptiform activity predicted higher rates of neurobehavioral problems.
