Emergency department care of seizure patients: Demographic trends in southern Arizona

► Rates of emergency department utilization are increased for patients with seizures and patients with epilepsy. ► Emergency department utilization is higher for patients with principal epilepsy as compared with other groups. ► There were no correlations between repeat usage and uninsured status or ethnicity.
