Decision time and response accuracy in a conditional motor learning task are impaired independently in unilateral temporal lobe-resected patients

► Patients with temporal lobe lesion were studied in a motor associative learning task. ► Left temporal lobe patients needed more test trials to reach optimal performance. ► Right temporal lobe patients displayed a longer decision time. ► Results suggest a different involvement of both hemispheres in visuo-spatial memory.
