Leisure time physical activity in patients with epilepsy in Seoul, South Korea

► Most of our PWE were not involved in LTPA as much as they wished. ► Many PWE reported general and epilepsy-specific barriers to LTPA. ► AED polytherapy and anxiety were associated with PWE's inactivity. ► Previous seizure experiences during activities were related to PWE's inactivity. ► Educational programs and guidelines for promoting LTPA among PWE are needed.
