Group cognitive-behavioral therapy for patients with epilepsy and comorbid depression and anxiety

► Group cognitive-behavioral therapy was pilot tested in individuals with epilepsy and comorbid depression and/or anxiety. ► Participants showed decreases in symptoms of depression and anxiety. ► Participants showed increases in cognitive-behavioral therapy knowledge and skills. ► The dropout rate was low and feedback was positive. ► This intervention is feasible and shows promising results.
