Potassium channel blocker, 4-aminopyridine-3-methanol, restores axonal conduction in spinal cord of an animal model of multiple sclerosis

►4-AP-3-MeOH enhances axonal conduction in EAE mouse spinal cord. ►Such axonal conduction restoration appears to be reversible upon wash. ►Small and large axons benefit equally from-AP-3-MeOH-mediated restoration.
