Dispersion capacity of Triatoma sherlocki, Triatoma juazeirensis and laboratory-bred hybrids

► We tested the dispersion potential of T. sherlocki, T. juazeirensis and hybrids. ► Morphometric analysis of locomotor's structures was performed. ► The T. sherlocki's inability to fly can be compensated by its longer legs. ► Hybrids display intermediate characters that might give them higher fitness.
