- Developed Long RT-PCR for amplification of plant RNA virus of up to 9.3 kb.
- Short and non hazardous RNA isolation protocol standardized with the ease of handling large number of samples requiring small amount of starting material.
- The RT does not require removal of cRNA prior to cDNA synthesis.
