Optimization and improvement of oligonucleotide microarray-based detection of tomato viruses and pospiviroids

► It was developed an oligonucleotide array based on the Combimatrix Customarray® platform. ► It is possible by the use of this array platform the detection of 37 tomato viruses and 6 pospiviroids. ► The array is user-friendly, sensitive, accurate and cost effective.
