Identification of three H-2Kd restricted CTL epitopes of NS4A and NS4B protein from Yellow fever 17D vaccine

► The eukaryotic expression plasmids, pBudCE-NS4A and pBudCE-NS4B, were constructed. ► Two recombinant vaccinia viruses, rWR-NS4A and rWR-NS4B, were also constructed. ► The conditions of the priming-boosting strategy were established in the mouse model. ► The IFN-γ response of mice spleen cells was detected using ICS and ELISPOT assays. ► Three peptides of NS4A and NS4B protein were identified as H-2Kd restricted CTL epitopes.
